Why don't you offer Men's names?
Our marketing research shows that Musical Names appeal to women. However, we can create a man's musical name on a custom basis. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer Full Names. That is, the first and last names?
If you are interested in a last name, please contact us for a custom quote.
Can I send a Musical Name as a gift?
Yes. Please indicate on your order form that you are sending as a gift and make sure to include a note.
How much does it cost?
Musical Names are $14.95 per name (plus shipping and handling). Sheet music signed by Johnny Harris and printed on parchment paper is $9.95 per name.
Can I download my Musical Name to my iPod?
You would have to convert the AIFF file to a MP3 file and then copy to your iPod. We are working on offering downloadable versions of Musical Names™. Please contact us and we'll inform you when it becomes available.
I'm having problems reading my CD. What do I do?
We apologize for your inconvenience. We make every effort to produce quality products. Less than 1% of our CDs are defective. However, if you believe your goods to be damaged in transit or appear to be defective, please email us at studio@musicalnames.com and we'll kindly replace it for you.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. Musical Names™ CDs come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CD please return it to us, undamaged and in original packaging, within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. If payment is made by credit card, refunds will be made within 7 days of our receipt of the CD. The credit will be applied to the card you used for the original purchase.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling costs will be added once you proceed through the check-out process. Costs are calculated based on the amount of items ordered for goods shipped via First Class mail. We don't upcharge S/H fees and this is not a profit center for our company. We simply pass along the actual S/H costs to you, our valued customers.
